SkyReef Beach Club, operated by Troy Becerra Palma, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website and the channels related to its services.

2. Personal data we may collect

Reservations

Payments

Online reservations use Stripe Checkout. SkyReef may retain reservation information, amounts, currency, payment status, transaction identifiers and confirmations needed to manage the service. Full card numbers, CVC codes and expiration dates are not stored in the SkyReef project; bank-card data is processed through Stripe Checkout.

Billing requests

The billing form may collect full name, business name, RFC, email, telephone number, payment method, consumption date, number of receipts and comments. The current page prepares an email request for review; these details are not automatically added to the project database through that form.

Technical and administrative data

The site may process IP address, browser information, access logs and technical session identifiers. Session cookies for the administrative panel and administrative logs relate to internal operation, not to a public visitor registry.

3. Purposes

We use data to manage reservations, process and verify payments, confirm contracted services, communicate about reservations, manage billing requests, answer questions, protect system security and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The site uses Google Tag and Google Ads technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. SkyReef is evaluating future measurement improvements, but they should not be understood as active processing unless they have been implemented and authorized.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

The site uses Google Tag and related Google Ads technologies. It may also store the language preference in browser local storage. The administrative panel uses session cookies. The current site does not have a consent banner, consent management platform, Google Consent Mode or a granular advertising-preference system.

Browser settings may limit cookies or local storage, although this may affect some functions. Any future consent system or advertising integration will require this policy to be updated where appropriate.

5. Providers and transfers

Stripe may process Checkout and payment data; Google may provide analytics and advertising technologies; the hosting provider, email services and WhatsApp may also be involved when a visitor uses those channels. Each provider may process information according to its applicable policies and terms.

6. Retention and security

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, manage the customer relationship and comply with applicable legal, tax, contractual or security obligations. When data is no longer necessary, its retention will be reviewed in accordance with applicable obligations and current administrative procedures.

SkyReef applies reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss or disclosure. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

7. ARCO rights and withdrawal

Data subjects may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of their data, and may ask about withdrawing consent or limiting certain uses where applicable. Cancellation may be subject to temporary retention required by law or by responsibilities arising from the relationship.

Requests should be sent to skyreef.monina@gmail.com, addressed to SkyReef Administration, stating the requester’s name, response method, a clear description of the data and the right being exercised, together with information that helps locate the records. SkyReef Administration may request documentation to verify identity or representation.

Requests will be received and handled by SkyReef Administration within the periods established by applicable Mexican law. Exercising these rights may require proportionate verification of identity or legal representation and information needed to locate the requested data.

8. Policy changes

This policy may be updated when purposes, providers, technologies or legal requirements change. The current version will be identified by its update date.
